New Campaign Transforms COTS into a True Home

This year, COTS launched a campaign to transform our facilities into a place of healing and new beginnings. Our Campus of Change Campaign helps our facilities become “home” for our residents who are working on life skills for self-sufficiency. Improvements planned over the next two years include the sweat equity of our residents as they participate in being part of their own solution. Residents gain pride as they become champions of their home at COTS, developing skills both as individuals and as a team.

Our Campus of Change Campaign includes many facility renovations (our HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems are 60+ years old), as well as improvements to our community areas and resident bedrooms. Improvements of our daily maintenance issues allow us to focus time and energy on the physical, mental and emotional health of the people who live at COTS.

Residents are already hard at work in the many spaces at COTS, including the rooms below.

Thank you to the many individuals, corporations, and foundations that are already supporting our campaign, including the U.S. Venture/Schmidt Family Foundation, J. J. Keller Foundation, the Capital Credit Union Charitable Giving Fund within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region and the Water-Right Charitable Fund within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region.
